Dr. Neelu Agarwal, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and the founder of Prejuve MedSpa & Wellness in Cary, North Carolina. With over 20 years of experience in both internal medicine and aesthetic care, she blends clinical expertise with a passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin.
An alumna of MGM Medical College, Dr. Agarwal completed her residency at Columbia University in New York. After founding Cary Medical Clinic in 2002 and serving as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill, she expanded into medical aesthetics with the launch of Prejuve in 2022—creating a trusted space for evidence-based, safe, and personalized rejuvenation.
She has been voted Best Doctor in the 2024 & 2025 Maggy Awards by Cary Magazine and was honored with the Woman of Distinction Award in 2022, reflecting her lasting impact on both patients and the Cary community.
A Cary resident since 1996, Dr. Agarwal lives locally with her husband and two children, continuing to lead with compassion, integrity, and innovation.

Dr. Shillingford is a board-certified primary care physician with a strong clinical foundation in women’s health and a passion for supporting patients through all stages of life. Expanding her practice into the world of esthetics and intimate wellness, Dr. Shillingford now offers specialized services at Prejuve Med Spa focused on restoring confidence, vitality, and quality of life for both women and men.
Her advanced treatments include non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation and tightening, urinary incontinence procedures, hormone optimization and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for enhancing sexual desire and function. She also provides tailored PRP and wellness services for men, addressing concerns like erectile dysfunction and intimate performance.

Outside of work, she stays active through her workouts and finds inspiration in travel adventures. With three wonderful grown kids, family and wellness remains at the heart of all she does.

With 18 years of experience in the aesthetics field Tetiana is a dedicated aesthetician specializing in advanced skincare treatments. She graduated from the National Pharmacy University in Ukraine with a degree in Cosmetology, where she developed a strong foundation in skin health.
Currently, she focuses on laser treatments, chemical peels, laser hair removal and facials. Her expertise lies in addressing pigmentation issues, acne scars and providing comprehensive care for patients dealing with active acne as well as specializing in anti-aging solutions. Passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals, she strives to create personalized treatment plans that deliver visible results.
