Dr. Neelu Agarwal, MD, is a renowned medical and aesthetic physician at Prejuvé MedSpa and Wellness, serving Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Raleigh, and the surrounding Triangle region of North Carolina. An alumna of MGM Medical College in India, Dr. Agarwal completed her residency in internal medicine and primary care at Columbia University Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Agarwal excels in internal medicine, primary care, and medical aesthetics. Her early career interest in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine drives her commitment to helping patients look and feel their best.
She continuously hones her skills through industry-leading conferences and CME courses. Dr. Agarwal’s deep understanding of primary care allows her to create personalized treatment plans, enhancing her patients’ natural beauty and confidence.
Since founding Cary Medical Clinic in 2002, she has fostered a culture of care and compassion. At Prejuvé MedSpa, her medical expertise ensures clients receive top- notch, tailored treatments.
A resident of North Carolina since 1996, Dr. Agarwal lives in Cary with her husband, Dr. Abhay Agarwal, co-founder of Cary Medical Clinic, and their two children. Her unwavering dedication to her field and community continues to inspire and enhance the lives of her patients.

Operations Manager/Nurse Injector
Alexus is a dedicated Nurse Injector with a passion for aesthetics that blossomed into her career in May 2023. With a strong background in NICU and pediatrics she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN in May 2021.
She relocated to Fayetteville, NC in November 2023 after marrying her husband Jordan, who is stationed at Ft. Liberty. She is excited to bring her expertise to the community and has always had a love for the aesthetics field and takes great joy in helping patients look and feel their best.
In her free time you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their husky mix, Luna, or exploring new travel destinations. She is thrilled to be a part of this team and looks forward to continuing her growth in the field, and helping patients achieve glowing and radiant skin.

Sarah brings a lifelong passion for skincare and beauty to her role, ensuring every guest feels pampered and valued.
She recently returned to her roots in North Carolina and is thrilled to support clients in their wellness journeys while enjoying all that her home state has to offer. Outside of work, she stays active through her workouts and finds inspiration in travel adventures. With three wonderful grown kids, family and wellness remains at the heart of all she does.

With 18 years of experience in the aesthetics field Tetiana is a dedicated aesthetician specializing in advanced skincare treatments. She graduated from the National Pharmacy University in Ukraine with a degree in Cosmetology, where she developed a strong foundation in skin health.
Currently, she focuses on laser treatments, chemical peels, laser hair removal and facials. Her expertise lies in addressing pigmentation issues, acne scars and providing comprehensive care for patients dealing with active acne as well as specializing in anti-aging solutions. Passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals, she strives to create personalized treatment plans that deliver visible results.
