Designed for patients who want comprehensive treatment of facial movement rather than treating individual lines one area at a time. It includes:
- Comprehensive full-face neuromodulator treatment
- Up to 110 units per treatment session
- Treatments may be performed approximately every 3–4 months, when clinically appropriate
- Treatment areas are individually selected based on facial anatomy, muscle strength, movement patterns, symmetry, and desired outcome
- Additional units beyond the included 110 units are $8/unit
Full-face treatment may include appropriate areas such as:
- Forehead
- Frown lines
- Crow's feet
- Brow shaping
- Bunny lines

- Gummy smile

- DAO/downturned mouth
- Platysmal/neck bands
Not every area is appropriate or necessary for every patient. Treatment is customized rather than based on the number of areas treated.

Our goal is not to freeze expression. It is to create a balanced, refreshed appearance while preserving natural facial movement whenever possible.
Neuromodulator treatments may include Botox® Cosmetic, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Letybo®, or another appropriate FDA-approved neuromodulator. Product selection is made by the treating provider based on individual anatomy, treatment goals, clinical judgment, product characteristics, and availability.
Neuromodulator units are product-specific and are not interchangeable between brands. When a product with a different dosing convention is selected, the treating provider will determine the clinically appropriate equivalent treatment dose.
Membership Terms
- Memberships require a 12-month commitment.
- Monthly membership payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file.
- Included treatments are available according to the interval specified by the selected membership.
- Treatment is subject to medical evaluation and clinical appropriateness at each visit.
- The number of units administered is determined by the treating provider and may be less than the maximum included amount.
- Unused units do not accumulate, roll over, transfer, or have cash value.
- Included units cannot be transferred to another person.
- Maximum included units represent a treatment allowance, not a guaranteed number of units to be administered.
- Additional units beyond the membership allowance may be purchased at the applicable member rate.
- Treatment frequency may be adjusted when medically or aesthetically appropriate.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with other TOX discounts, promotions, or special pricing unless specifically stated.
- Membership fees and unused benefits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Results and duration vary between individuals. No specific aesthetic outcome or duration of effect is guaranteed.
All treatments require evaluation by an appropriately licensed medical provider and are performed only when clinically appropriate.
Prejuve Bank
Any unused monthly membership credits automatically roll over into your Prejuve Bank. These credits never expire as long as your membership remains active and can be used toward any service.
